While I've been busy unloading the moving van and stocking the new store, I managed to finish up my newest addition to my beach house collection. It's called "The Seacrest". There are two models to choose from - one is 117 prims and the other is 119 prims. The 119 prim model has a porch overhang and lighting built right into the overhang. My homes are ready to move into. Simply drag your home out of your inventory all in one piece - even the doors are attached. This gorgeous, spacious, two story home is on special for only 500 IZs. While you're here, see my other models too - they are just outside the new store.
