I decided to try something new and furnish my 40 prim Harbor Boathouse and Sand Dipper so I could sell them both furnished and unfurnished to you. Kerry and I had a lot of fun finding the perfect pieces to use from all my different collections and bring them all together to furnish the Harbor Boathouse and Sand-Dipper. I just finished them and with all the furniture in them - they are only a total of 110 prims. The houses are all packed up and in the home rezzor at my main store. Just to give you an idea of all the goodies I've packed inside the Boathouse and Sand-Dipper for you, here's what I've included. A bench on the porch so you can sit outside and enjoy the day and the gorgeous night sky. Don't forget to use the doormat to wipe your feet before you go inside. Once you're inside, on the first floor, you'll see a complete kitchen, upper and lower cabinets, stove, microwave, refrigerator, sculpted sink and faucet with a granite countertop. In front of the window is a table with a lacy tablecloth, which Kerry says is perfect for the house - it's one of her favorites from my vintage collection. You can click on the lacy tablecloth to reveal just the tabletop underneath, or click on it again and you'll have a two place setting of dinner waiting for you, click it again and you'll see the lacy tablecloth with the dinner service on top. I have also included two sculpted, animated chairs with the kitchen set. In the kitchen area, there's a ceiling light to put on at night which will light up the whole downstairs. In the livingroom area, there is a couch and chair - both animated, a coffee table, bookcase and rug. Going upstairs, in the bedroom, I included a bed with a white, sculpted metal headboard and footboard. The quilt on the bed is scripted to move up or down on the mattress and it will keep you nice and toasty on those cold nights ahead. On the nightstand, I included a side lamp which will light up the upstairs at night. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub, sink and toilet. All the windows have lace curtains just to complete the look for the Harbor Boathouse and Sand Dipper.
If you're looking for that perfect parcel of land, why not stop by and see what I have available for you to rent. You might just find the perfect parcel for your new home!
I've recently joined the 60L Weekend Group - at least I think I did - so far they haven't gotten back to me, but as soon as I hear something, I'll let you know when to expect my weekend specials.
If you have any problems or suggestions, or want to see something special in my store, please leave Kerry Babcock a note card - she'll make sure I see it and she'll put it all on my "Rosie To Do" list. I'm not taking any custom work on at this time, unless Kerry sneaks it on to my "To Do" list...she's sneaky like that lol.

I've started a new line of furniture and have stocked my store with the start of the new collections. I have two new livingroom sets on display right up front as you enter the store - you can find the complete sets for sale in the rezzor over on the right hand side on the first floor of the store. If you want individual pieces, you can buy them from the display. One set is in a gorgeous teal green the other is in a "shabby chic" print fabric. Both sets have a couch, loveseat, club chair and side chair - along with a coffee table, end table and side table.
I have also completed new kitchen cabinets with a country sink. I made the cabinets in a warm, honey toned wood. I have also made two kitchen hutches in that same warm toned wood. One hutch is made with dishes lining the shelves, the other one I made without anything on the shelves so you can add your own dishes, collectibles, cookbooks or knick knacks to the shelves if you want to.
Up in the bedding department of my store, you'll see the new bedroom set and beds I've just completed. The wood is the same warm matching honey tone I used for the kitchen cabinets.
I'm also working on groupings of furniture for my boathouse collection of houses - keeping the entire collection for it very low prim for folks who have a 512 parcel of land. The kitchen is finished - it's a complete kitchen set. The set includes both upper and lower cabinets, stove, microwave, sculpted sink with faucet and a refrigerator. The kitchen also has a granite countertop and tile backsplash and totals only 9 prims. Just add either of my 1 prim clickable dining tables and two of my 2 prim dining chairs for a complete kitchen for under 15 prims. The clickable dining table has a lacy table cloth that you can "click" to remove, if you just want to see the table. Another click of the table will give you the option of a 2 place dinner plate setting with food and silverware - click again and you will see the same dinner plate setting with the lacy tablecloth. There are two versions of these tables - one is in a rich, dark wood and the other in a lighter wood grain.
Hope you enjoy my newest collections!

I've just finished the first in my newest collection of Nautical themed homes. This new collection will feature smaller homes perfect for your 512 parcel. The first home in my new collection, is a Limited Edition, boat house that I made exclusively for one of my customers - I've named it The Harbor Boathouse. This adorable, 40 prim home will nestle perfectly against your dock. It can also be used as a pool house or even as a guest house if you have a larger parcel. The Harbor Boathouse features a deck with a sculpted railing around it, a main floor and a loft area. The windows will let in plenty of salty sea air. The Harbor Boathouse will take up about half of your 512 parcel and leave you with room to walk around on each side. I've listed The Harbor Boathouse for a special introductory price of 300L. Next weekend, the price will go up to 400L.
